How To Hibachi:

Veggie Fried Rice

 Ingredient List:

  • 4T peanut oil, sesame oil (or similar)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1C thawed frozen vegetables
  • 3T low sodium soy sauce
  • 1T minced garlic
  • 2C precooked rice (I prefer Jasmine)
  • Peanuts (optional)
  • Scallioins (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Heat 2T peanut oil on hot grill
  2. Stir fry 2 eggs.  
  3. Add 1 C thawed frozen vegetables, stirfry 1-2 minutes.  
  4. Add 2T sesame oil, 3T soy, 1T minced garlic, 2 C cooked rice.  
  5. Stirfry for 5 minutes.  
  6. Garnish with 1/4C roasted peanuts and scallions if desired and serve.
