How To Hibachi: Pork Fried Rice

Pork Fried Rice

 Ingredient List:

  • 4T peanut oil, sesame oil (or similar)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1C thawed frozen vegetables
  • 1 6-8 oz boneles pork chop
  • 3T low sodium soy sauce
  • 1T teriki glaze
  • 1T minced garlic
  • 2C precooked rice (I recomend Jasmine)
  • Peanuts (optional)
  • Scallions (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Heat 2T peanut oil on hot grill
  2. Sear porkchop until cooked through and cut into cubes
  3. Stir fry 2 eggs.  
  4. Add 1 C thawed frozen vegetables, stirfry 1-2 minutes.  
  5. Add 2T sesame oil, 3T soy, 1T minced garlic, 2 C cooked rice.  
  6. Combine all and stirfry for 5 minutes.  
  7. Garnish with 1/4C roasted peanuts or scallions if desired and serve.
