How To Hibachi: Pork Fried Rice
Pork Fried Rice
Ingredient List:
- 4T peanut oil, sesame oil (or similar)
- 2 eggs
- 1C thawed frozen vegetables
- 1 6-8 oz boneles pork chop
- 3T low sodium soy sauce
- 1T teriki glaze
- 1T minced garlic
- 2C precooked rice (I recomend Jasmine)
- Peanuts (optional)
- Scallions (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat 2T peanut oil on hot grill
- Sear porkchop until cooked through and cut into cubes
- Stir fry 2 eggs.
- Add 1 C thawed frozen vegetables, stirfry 1-2 minutes.
- Add 2T sesame oil, 3T soy, 1T minced garlic, 2 C cooked rice.
- Combine all and stirfry for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with 1/4C roasted peanuts or scallions if desired and serve.
