How To Hibachi: Venison Steaks

Seared Venison Steaks

 Ingredient List:

  • 1 cut Venison Backstrap
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 4T Montreal Steak Seasoning


Instructions:

  1. Marinate backstrap in olive oil, soy sauce, Montreal steak seasoning for 24-48 hours. 
  2. Drain excess marinade.
  3. Seared over high heat, flipping every ~5 minutes.
  4. Pull at an internal of 135.  Do NOT OVERCOOK!
  5. Rest and slice.
