How To Hibachi: Venison Steaks
Seared Venison Steaks
Ingredient List:
- 1 cut Venison Backstrap
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 4T Montreal Steak Seasoning
Instructions:
- Marinate backstrap in olive oil, soy sauce, Montreal steak seasoning for 24-48 hours.
- Drain excess marinade.
- Seared over high heat, flipping every ~5 minutes.
- Pull at an internal of 135. Do NOT OVERCOOK!
- Rest and slice.
