How To Hibachi: Hash Browns
The Best Hash Browns Ever
Ingredient List:
- 2 lb Russet Potatoes
- 1/4C flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
- 2T olive oil
- Salt/Pepper to taste
- 2T Butter (optional)
Instructions:
- Peel 2 lb Russet potatoes and shred.
- Wash till clear and dry completely.
- Mix potatoes with flour, egg, chopped onion, olive oil.
- Salt/Pepper to taste.
- Griddle 7-10 minutes per side.
- Optional: throw a pat of butter down and double your cooking time for extra crispy browns
